Rick Kimberley
Rick Kimberley is a Partner in the Tax Services division and leads the Global Employer Services practice in Australia.
A unique focus of Rick and his team is developing bespoke technological solutions to tax problems for his clients.
In addition to his technology-focused approach, Rick is best known in the market for his work in respect of wage compliance, particularly superannuation guarantee, where he has assisted some of Australia’s largest listed and multi-national corporations.
Devika Shivadekar
Devika Shivadekar is the Economist for RSM Australia based in the Sydney office.
She has a wealth of experience in macro-economic and financial research, spanning both public and private sectors, and a deep understanding of the Asia Pacific region.
Devika follows key macroeconomic indicators such as growth, inflation, central bank decisions and the labour market to assess the overall health of an economy. Prior professional experiences include stints at the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Bank of America. She holds a MSc Finance (UK) and BA Economics (India).
Katie Timms
Katie is a Partner in the Business Advisory division for RSM Australia based in the Perth office.
Katie specialises in superannuation and has significant experience in all areas of SMSFs, including administration and compliance, asset acquisition, tax-saving strategies, structural assistance, and estate planning.
A regular day for Katie ranges from helping farmers transfer property out of super to the next generation to advising company directors on how their SMSF interacts with their employee share scheme. Katie provides advice and assistance to trustees, accountants, and financial advisers. She also heads up the national RSM Superannuation committee.
Belinda Crowley
Belinda is a Director in the Tax Services division for RSM Australia based in the Brisbane office.
Belinda is a Director in the Tax Services division in Brisbane and has over 12 years of experience working within the corporate tax division of public practice and in-house roles.
Belinda provides income tax and FBT consulting and compliance services to predominantly medium and large corporate taxpayers. These include listed and unlisted entities, and foreign-owned groups, including several large private equity backed groups.
Adam Crowley
Adam is a Partner in the Business Advisory division in Sydney and the National Real Estate & Construction Leader.
Adam has over 18 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and business advisory, specialising in all areas of the property and construction industries. Adam provides accounting, business advisory, tax consulting, and compliance services to his clients, both locally and internationally.
Sam Mohammad
Sam Mohammad leads RSM's National indirect tax practice and has over 16 years' experience advising on indirect taxes.
Sam specialises in providing practical and easy to understand GST, duty, payroll tax and fuel tax credit advice on complex matters, with a particular focus on clients in the property, government, mining and infrastructure sectors.
Sam's client base includes ASX-listed property developers (both residential and commercial), multinational mining and energy companies, mid-scale and boutique developers and government departments and agencies.
