Family-run construction company Project Coordination (Australia) Pty Ltd has formally been placed into liquidation by creditors.

The decision was made at a resumed second creditors meeting, held in-person and online in Canberra on Thursday 29 August. Joint and Several Liquidator and RSM Australia Partner Jonathon Colbran said he and his joint appointees would continue their works to wind-up the business.

“The liquidation is simply the next step in the process to allow us to continue to advance the work already underway to determine the final value of creditor claims and realise the assets available for creditors,” Mr Colbran said.

“We will continue to keep creditors informed on the progress of the liquidation and will provide a further report to creditors within the next 3 months.”

“At this stage we expect the liquidation will take at least 12 months to resolve all ongoing matters.”

Project Coordination is the latest in a series of high-profile company insolvencies RSM Australia Partners have been appointed to lead in the ACT, NSW, QLD and VIC, including the PBS Building Group, Langford Jones Homes, Pialligo Estate, Cubitt’s Granny Flats and Home Extensions, and several GDK Group companies.
