RSM Australia Appointed Administrators for Imagine Building Concepts and Its Related Firms

The Directors of Canberra-based construction company, Imagine Building Concepts Pty Limited, and its related labour services company, Imagine Management Pty Ltd, today appointed RSM Australia Partner Jonathon Colbran and Director Adam Cormack as Joint and Several Administrators of the companies.

“Prior to our appointment, the companies had one active project and approximately 10 employees. The 
business ceased trading immediately upon our appointment,” Mr Cormack said. 

“Our initial review of the financial statements and records has identified more than 100 creditors who are owed in excess of $4 million. These are only preliminary figures and may change as we undertake more detailed investigations over the coming weeks.”

RSM will write to creditors this week to advise the first creditor meeting will be held on or before October 21.
