At RSM we believe in work life balance and offer a number of flexible working arrangements to assist with achieving a better balance between your work, family and life commitments.

PURCHASE LEAVE

At RSM you don't have to sacrifice your career for the sake of a holiday. We offer employees the opportunity to purchase two or four weeks paid leave per year in addition to their existing annual leave entitlements, giving employees a total of six or eight weeks leave.

Each year employees meet with their Partner/Manager for a career aspiration discussion. This discussion focuses on your career path at RSM, development opportunities and how we can help you achieve your career goals.

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers staff the opportunity to talk confidentially to trained counsellors about the issues they are experiencing. This is a free counselling service offered to all employees and members of their immediate families.

RECRUITMENT REFERRAL BONUS

A bonus scheme operates for employees who assist us by introducing new professional staff to the firm, whom they believe, like you, will be "good value" as prospective employees.

NEW BUSINESS BONUS

RSM offers business bonus schemes for employees who introduce new clients to the firm. These schemes cover both one-off and on-going new business assignments.

RSM has a corporate relationship with NIB, Bupa, Medibank Private and HBF which provide access to discounted health insurance for employees.

SUPPORTING SELECTED CHARITIES 

RSM actively supports the communities in which we live and work. At a national level, we have been a national loyalty partner with the Australian Red Cross since 2006, participating in programs such as the Good Start Breakfast Club, Cross Dress for Red Cross and providing financial support. Our employees also raise money which the Firm matches for contributions to support victims of natural disasters and other programs throughout the year. Locally, our employees participate in a wide range of charitable activities, from Movember in support of The Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia and Beyond Blue, through to Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea in support of The Cancer Council.

We understand an addition to the family is among the most exciting life experiences and should be time spent with your loved ones. For this reason RSM offers paid parental leave to both male and female employees.
