With a single espresso on hand (beginning his coffee drinking journey during the COVID-19 pandemic) Tom shares with Steve his journey bringing a wealth of experience and a family legacy to his role as Chief Investment Officer of Waterhouse VC. 

Tom shares that his journey into the investment arena began in 2003 when, at just 20 years old, he became a licensed bookmaker, swiftly rising to become Australia's largest and most profitable on-course bookie by 2008. He continued to seize opportunities presented by the digital age, first launching TomWaterhouse.com in 2010, pioneering online wagering with remarkable success before it was acquired by William Hill in 2013.

After navigating the sale of William Hill's Australian arm in 2018, Tom revitalized the TomWaterhouse.com brand, launching a subscription tipping service before establishing Waterhouse VC in 2019.
