From 8 October 2024, Revenue NSW will require agreements for sale of land with a dutiable value of $20 million or more to be lodged via eDuties.
A transitional period (lodging through EDR or eDuties) will be in place from 19 September 2024. The requirement is based on the date of lodgement, not the date of the agreement.
