Over the past six months, our team has been actively engaged in a variety of events and milestones.
From hosting an insightful Superannuation & Economic Update Seminar to participating in the RSPCA Cupcake Day, we’ve had a busy and fulfilling period. We also celebrated Partner Matthew Moore’s 60th birthday and welcomed new staff members to our growing team.

CLIENT CHOICE AWARD WINNERS
We are thrilled to announce that RSM has once again been honoured with the prestigious Client Choice Award for the Best Accounting and Consulting Services Firm (>$200m) in 2024.
This marks the sixth consecutive year that RSM has been recognised for its unparalleled dedication to client service excellence.
In addition to winning the Best Accounting & Consulting Services Firm (>$200m) category for the sixth year in a row, we have also been awarded first place in three other categories:
- Best Professional Services Firm (>$200m revenue)
- Best Provider to Mining, Oil & Gas
- Best Provider of ESG Services: Accounting & Consulting Services
TEAM NEWS
In the past six months, we have been delighted to host a Superannuation & Economic Update Seminar. This event featured presentations from Courtney Mckinnon, Senior Manager - Business Advisory, Simon Robison, Financial Adviser, and our Economist Devika Shivadekar. They provided attendees with valuable insights and trends in the economic landscape, ensuring everyone left with a deeper understanding of the current financial environment.
Our office also participated in the RSPCA Cupcake Day, which turned out to be a fantastic success. We organised a cupcake guessing competition that raised a total of $435. This amount translates to 87 packs of treats, 29 animals receiving blankets and beds to stay warm, or 12 days of care for an animal in a shelter. The competition ended in a tie, and the Gosford team used a hat draw to determine the winner, with Cassie emerging victorious. Additionally, we held a pet guessing competition, where Belinda stood out by scoring an impressive 18 out of 22.
September marked a special milestone as we celebrated Partner Matthew Moore’s 60th birthday. The Gosford team came together for a team lunch to honour Matt’s contributions and wish him a very happy birthday. It was a joyous occasion filled with laughter and camaraderie.
We are also excited to announce the addition of eight new staff members to our team this year. We welcomed undergraduates Alyssa, Tallis, and Tom, along with Admin Assistants Lauren and Mia, Graduate Rick and Accountants Louise and Sebin. Their arrival has brought fresh energy and perspectives to our office, and we are thrilled to have them on board.
These past months have been eventful and rewarding, and we look forward to continuing our journey with such a dedicated and dynamic team.
