Melissa Ruge

Accountant - Northam

Melissa is an accountant for RSM in Northam and works closely with clients on a day to day basis dealing with a number of business advisory and taxation matters.

She joined the team in 2019 and has a special interest in the agribusiness and property and construction industries.

She works closely with small businesses and individuals to help them understand and navigate challenges. 

In her role, she aims to equip them with the knowledge to succeed in every part of their business while making the day to day compliance of their business straightforward and uncomplicated.

She is currently studying for a graduate diploma with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

“I am most passionate about helping people. I like to use my experience and knowledge to solve any problems they may face and get the best possible outcome for their business,” she says.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at the beach and weekends away camping.

Prior to joining RSM,  Melissa worked as a tax consultant in Perth and volunteered in the mornings.
