Adam Niksic is a Financial Adviser in our Albury office.
Adam is a former police officer who has transitioned to a qualified Financial Adviser. His unique background allows him to provide thoughtful and committed guidance, empowering individuals and families to secure their financial future.
He is driven by guiding others through the often overwhelming financial maze of superannuation, wealth creation, and retirement planning. He takes immense pride in knowing that his expertise and support have provided clarity and reassurance to those facing uncertainty during some of life’s most critical transitions. 
Adam derives personal fulfilment from helping individuals and businesses regain control of their financial situation, allowing them to build a secure foundation for their future. He is especially passionate about ensuring that the wealth they create will have a lasting impact, benefiting not only themselves but also future generations. His approach is centred on empowering people to make informed decisions, helping them find confidence and security in their financial journey, regardless of the challenges they face.
Before his commencement at RSM, Adam spent 12 years in the Victoria Police Force. During his time in law enforcement, he gained valuable experience working across multiple locations and holding various roles within the organisation.
Prior to his career in policing, Adam was part of the Cotton On Group during its early days, where he played a pivotal role in the creation of the "Factorie" brand, helping build it from the ground up. His diverse background gives him a unique perspective in his current role, blending entrepreneurial spirit with public service experience.

As an introvert, Adam possesses a genuine love for people, which may seem paradoxical at first, but it’s a balance that defines his approach to his work. He takes great joy in building strong, trusting relationships with his clients, ensuring they feel confident that he always has their best interests at heart. At the same time, Adam values his quiet moments of reflection, which allow him to assess his progress and recharge, ensuring he continues to provide thoughtful and effective support to those he serves.
Outside of his work commitments, Adam is passionate about sports and is actively involved in coaching an under 13's soccer team, dedicated to helping them reach their full potential. Despite his busy schedule, he also finds time to indulge in his love for writing. He has authored three fictional crime novels, showcasing his creativity and storytelling skills in his rare moments of leisure.

- Adam frequently organises and leads educational seminars on retirement planning, designed to assist both clients and non-clients of his firm in navigating the complexities of transitioning into retirement. These seminars aim to equip attendees with the knowledge and tools they need to confidently approach the next phase of their lives.
- Adam has played a crucial role in assisting with the succession planning of farm sales and guiding farmers through the complex process of liquidating their farming assets. He has helped them transition smoothly into post-farm life by establishing alternative investments designed to support and sustain their desired lifestyle after they leave the agricultural sector. His expertise ensures that farmers are well-prepared for the financial realities of life beyond the farm.
