Throughout her career, Alesha has developed extensive expertise in various accounting disciplines. She has collaborated with clients of different sizes and across diverse industries, showcasing her versatility and adaptability.

Alesha finds joy in nurturing new businesses, and watching them flourish. Her passion lies in demystifying the complexities of accounting, transforming daunting tasks into manageable steps, and empowering her clients to focus on their vision.

Before becoming a Manager, she worked as a general tax accountant at RSM in Bunbury. After two years at the Bunbury office, she moved onto a management and project accounting role for a few years before returning to the Busselton office in 2024.

Outside of work, Alesha is an avid cook who loves to create new things!
