Felicity Taylor joined the RSM team in 2016 having previously worked in Agricultural research development.

She enjoys problem solving and providing tech solutions to her clients using the help of MYOB, Xero and Agrimaster.

Prior to her position with RSM, she was an Executive Officer for the Facey Group Inc for 9 years in Wickepin.

Felicity was responsible for the overall development and management of the organisation and staff.

Within this role, she strengthened the capacity and capabilities of the group in agricultural research and she attracted and developed new project investment which not only provided value to the members of the group but provided benefit to the whole region.

Felicity has a strong passion for broadacre agriculture, business sustainability in agriculture and she is also involved in the WA Lot Feeders Association.

Felicity supports the team at RSM in Narrogin with a range of taxation requirements including anything from GST to tax returns or servicing Narrogin’s Ezitax client base.

"I work closely with many individuals, SME's and farm businesses, understanding their unique needs in order to help them achieve their business goals. I am a solutions driven member of their advisor team." Felicity says.

Felicity enjoys helping rural businesses to utilise all innovations and technology available to make effective business decisions and business efficiency gains.

Assisting clients as they identify and mitigate business risks and negotiate change is a huge driver for Felicity.

Felicity also provides technical support to clients with software programs including Agrimaster, MYOB and Xero.

When she's not in the office, she is playing netball, tennis and running the office at the family farm in Nomans Lake east of Narrogin.

Felicity is more comfortable in the paddock than anything else and enjoys tackling problems with gusto. These usually range from complex payroll issues to tricky lego builds with her son.
