Before pursuing a career in accounting, Imogene worked in Front Office Management in 4 and 5-star hotels both in Perth and abroad. This experience helped her develop exceptional customer service skills and an understanding of the hospitality and tourism industries. 

Additionally, she has gained valuable experience working in the mining and construction sectors, where she held various administrative and office management roles. This broad range of experience has given her a unique perspective on the challenges businesses face, particularly in regional areas.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Imogene finds fulfilment in supporting her family and community, having previously worked as the treasure of Albany’s Toy Library. 

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and young children. She enjoys running, though she often refers to it as “jogging” rather than running, given her preference for a slower pace. Albany’s beautiful trails and beach paths provide the perfect backdrop for her outdoor adventures. 

Imogene is also a creative individual with a love for baking, crochet, and paper crafting, all of which she showcased at the Albany Agricultural Show, where she has won first prizes in these areas. Her hobbies reflect her personal commitment to creativity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
