Jess’ career began in 2012 at RSM’s Melbourne office, where she quickly built a strong foundation in financial auditing and accounting. Jess’s commitment to excellence and client service paved the way for unique career opportunities, including international secondments to the United States and the United Kingdom. These experiences broadened Jess’ expertise and honed her skills in managing cross-border engagements, navigating diverse regulatory environments, and adapting to global markets. They also enhanced her cultural awareness, adaptability, and ability to deliver value on a global scale.
Throughout her career, Jess has demonstrated a passion for tackling complex challenges. One notable engagement involved guiding a client through the adoption of IFRS 15 Revenue from Contracts with customers. This significant shift in revenue recognition standards required a deep understanding of the client’s operations and careful planning to ensure a smooth transition.
