Joshua has a connection with agribusinesses as he enjoys visiting rural areas around Australia, especially in Katanning. Each visit educates Joshua on the hard work, dedication, and effort it takes to run a farm which translates to his work ethic in helping assist his clients.

Positivity is the best medicine for Joshua. One of his quirks is that he never lets a day go by without making someone laugh. In Joshua's spare time he is pretty savvy on the ping pong table and is a diehard Fremantle Dockers fan as well as an avid Liverpool supporter in the EPL.
