Lucinda Bell is an Assistant Accountant in the Albany office of RSM Australia. 

She has worked in the financial industry for 15 years and has acquired a significant amount of knowledge working with clients across many industries.

Lucinda prides herself on delivering tailored and optimal results based on her client's needs. She takes pride in meticulously crafting strategies and solutions tailored to their unique needs, ensuring their satisfaction and success. Moreover, fostering genuine connections with her clients is essential for her; understanding their aspirations and challenges allows Lucinda to provide personalised support and guidance every step of the way.

Before RSM, she worked as a reservation coordinator at a resort in the NT and a personal banker for Westpac in Merredin.

Outside of work, Lucinda enjoys spending time with her family, in particular helping her parents out on their farm. She is also an active person seizing every opportunity to play netball, maintain her fitness and watch the AFL!
