Before joining RSM, Madalyn worked as a management accountant, assisting various local clients and companies in finding their footing. She completed an accounting traineeship while pursuing her university education. Her passion for her career was sparked when her family purchased and revitalised a small, rundown business, igniting her dedication to transformation and growth in the business world.

Madalyn's superpowers include her ability to find solace in coffee while diving into numbers, allowing her to focus and dive into the complex landscape of financial analysis and strategy. Quirkily, she indulges her inner nerd and bookworm, finding immense joy and knowledge in literature and intellectual pursuits.
