Outside of work, Matthew is an avid supporter of the Hawthorn Football Club in the AFL, relishing the excitement and camaraderie of being part of the fan community. Outside of football, he enjoys spending time fishing at the local river, where the calm waters and natural surroundings provide a welcome retreat. 

Significant Projects

  • Played a pivotal role in helping a struggling local painting business overcome financial difficulties by crafting a Small Business Restructuring (SBR) proposal. This effort enabled the business to continue trading and preserved jobs for ten employees, marking one of Matthew’s most significant achievements in supporting a local business and its staff.
  • Matthew assisted a bankrupt individual and their spouse in avoiding the forced sale of their home. Through careful analysis and negotiation, he secured a resolution that allowed the family to retain their property. This experience was especially meaningful to Matthew, showcasing the profound impact his work can have on providing security and relief during challenging times.
