Melanie joined RSM in 2022 and is a Receptionist in the RSM in Wagga Wagga office.
Melanie enjoys the day-to-day interactions with clients and colleagues, finding motivation in the small tasks that contribute to the bigger picture.
Before starting at RSM, Melanie gained valuable experience as an admin trainee at another local accounting firm. Melanie’s journey into the professional world began in hospitality, where she worked for over 10 years as a bartender and waitress, while occasionally working in shearing sheds as a shed hand.
Her past experience in hospitality has honed her people skills, which are invaluable in her current role. Despite her best efforts to be a morning person, Melanie remains a night owl, often finding she accomplishes more in the evenings.

Outside of work, Melanie enjoys reading, gardening with her parents, escaping to nature with friends, or playing board games.
