Prior to joining RSM, Melissa spent a decade at another prominent accounting firm specializing in R&D tax and government incentives. She began her career as a Medical Scientist, specialising in Microbiology, before transitioning to a Continuous Improvement Coordinator at Coca-Cola Amatil, Supply Chain.
