These hobbies help him stay grounded and connect with the different challenges businesses face, letting him offer practical and down-to-earth solutions that really suit his clients’ needs.

SOLUTIONS SCOTT PROVIDES

SIGNIFICANT PROJECT

  • When a client faced the unexpected departure of their senior finance personnel, Scott stepped in to ensure business continuity. He maintained the finance function during the transition, trained new staff, and implemented process improvements to strengthen the organisation's financial systems. His efforts not only stabilised the business during a critical time but also left the client with a more efficient and robust finance structure.
  • Scott worked with a local SME to conduct a detailed review of their product costing and pricing strategies across different client tiers. By analysing the financial impacts of various distribution streams, he helped the business refine its pricing model to enhance profitability and sustainability. This project provided the client with actionable insights that aligned their operations with their long-term goals.
