Winnie is a Director in our Sydney Tax Advisory division.

Before joining RSM, Winnie held the position of Senior Finance Manager at a major global retail brand, where she successfully led multiple finance teams. In this role, she honed her leadership skills and gained extensive experience in managing complex financial operations. She also spent several years at a Big 4 firm, specialising in tax advsiory and R&D tax consulting. Her time at the Big 4 firm provided her with deep expertise in identifying and securing R&D tax incentives claims, further solidifying her reputation as a skilled and knowledgeable finance professional.

Winnie is an Excel whiz and if challenged to an Excel hackathon, Winnie would likely emerge victorious. Her exceptional proficiency with Excel, combined with her analytical skills and attention to detail, equips her to tackle complex data tasks with ease. Winnie’s expertise in utilising Excel for various financial and technical analyses sets her apart, making her a formidable competitor in any Excel-related challenge.

Outside of her work commitments, Winnie has a profound love for travel, relishing the opportunity to immerse herself in new cultures, sights, and culinary experiences. Her adventurous spirit has led her to live in various countries including China, New Zealand, the Philippines, and Romania. These diverse living experiences have enriched Winnie's perspective and broadened her understanding of different cultures and lifestyles.
