Young is a Certified Practising Accountant with 15 years’ experience in providing medical professionals and individuals with SMEs accounting, superannuation, and tax services.

Having an overseas background enables her to understand the obstacles that international medical professionals experience when establishing their own practices in the Australian medical industry.

Young also completed Graduate diploma in financial planning which enables holistic approach to grow, save and protect wealth. She looks after SMEs and individuals from all industries but has special interest in assisting medical professionals utilising data analytics.

Young feels very motivated in helping doctors to focus on the practice of medicine by providing the business of medicine. She believes that working with medical professionals enables higher quality of healthcare which then leads to a healthier community.
