Leading professional services firm RSM Australia has boosted its senior leadership ahead of the new year with 14 internal promotions, effective January 1, 2025.
RSM Australia Chief Executive Partner Jamie O’Rourke said the promotions reflect the firm’s strategic focus on attracting, rewarding and sustaining internal talent.
“At a time when our firm is growing exponentially, it’s pleasing to see our internal talent rewarded and recognised within the business,” Mr O’Rourke said.
“These promotions reflect our commitment to supporting the career development of our staff and fostering our internal talent pipeline.
“Two of the 14 leaders promoted first started their careers as graduates with RSM, and are now an integral part of our Business Advisory team.”
Mr O’Rourke said the appointments, which span nine of RSM’s 34 offices nationwide, highlight the firm’s focus on providing quality client services across both metropolitan and regional Australia, in line with its 2030 strategy.
“Four of the 14 leaders promoted at this time are based in regional offices, while the remainder are located across Adelaide, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney, signalling our commitment to continual growth and investment into our people across the country.”
The promotions bring RSM Australia's total partner numbers to 151.
