We love working with you and look forward to continuing our partnership.
The past five months have been challenging with the loss of our dear colleague, Travis Connell.
We deeply appreciate the compassion, support and understanding shown by our clients and associates during this time. We are pleased by the ongoing growth of our team which has grown to 55 members, enhancing our ability to serve you. We remain vigilant about the ATO's AI initiatives and their impact on our clients. We will continue to keep our clients appraised of these impacts and assist with solutions.
As always, we have included some insights and resources we think will be of particular value to you over the coming months.

TEAM NEWS
The Business NSW Riverina Murray Business Awards was held on Friday 27 September at the Junee Licorice and Chocolate Factory.
Ross Dixon, Molly Jones, Chloe Fellows and Amanda Beckhouse (from RSM in Wagga Wagga) attended the event. We were pleased that our clients, PRD Albury Wodonga won their category for Employer of Choice – Under 20 Employees. RSM in Albury were finalists in the Employer of Choice – 25 employees and over.
This year, we participated in R U OK? Day by inviting Dr. Kylie Alston, a neuropsychologist and clinical psychologist, to speak with our staff about mental health. Dr. Alston discussed the physiological impacts of stress and provided practical coping strategies. Her insights were incredibly valuable, and we encourage everyone to check in regularly with colleagues, friends, and family. Mental health is a priority for us, and we are committed to fostering a supportive and understanding workplace environment.
We are delighted to celebrate Mikaela Johnson, Julie Perry and Ross Dixon's five-year anniversary with RSM. Ross was promoted to Director on 1 January 2024 after he joined us in Albury in 2019 after moving from the UK.
Our ten-pin bowling Social Club event on 20 September was a great success.
This year’s Melbourne Cup Luncheon, again put on by our Social Club, had a movie-character dress-up theme. Lunch was served at 1:30 pm, followed by games, prizes for the best dressed, and, of course, watching the race. The creativity and enthusiasm displayed by everyone made it a memorable event.
