Thank you to all who attended the RSM thank you evening. This event was a heartfelt gesture to express our gratitude to our wonderful clients who have been supporting us and to our dedicated team who have been working tirelessly with our clients.

Despite challenges in hiring accountants, we’ve welcomed new staff from South Africa in addition to bringing in local talent. Our managers have been exceptional in looking after our clients while also mentoring the new staff. Their hard work and dedication have paid off, and we are now in a position where we actually have surplus staff, something we have not experienced for a while.

As we approach the festive season, it is hard to believe that Christmas is nearly upon us again. Harvest is in full swing, and businesses around the area are continuing to do well. 

However, we have noticed that many businesses are facing increased costs due to inflation while the prices of services and products have remained the same.

It is crucial to manage costs together with your pricing strategy, as we have observed a significant increase in turnover but a decrease in profits for many. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to help you navigate these challenges.
