Hello and welcome to the latest edition of the Full Account. With the approaching end of the financial year, it's time to gear up and plan for your upcoming tax and superannuation obligations. This year has been one of significant growth and achievement for RSM Australia. We are proud to announce that we have won the Client Choice Awards for 2024, marking our sixth consecutive year of receiving this honour.
Furthermore, we are delighted to introduce our new in-house economist, Devika Shivadekar. Devika has been diligently monitoring key macroeconomic indicators and has had the pleasure of visiting many RSM offices across Australia to share her insights, including regional areas such as Moora in Western Australia and Toowoomba in Queensland.
Our national growth continues with our national staff numbers surpassing 1,800 and our ranking in the AFR soaring to #7. Additionally, we have bolstered our suite of services in Data & Analytics, Cyber Security, and dedicated ESG Consulting, further solidifying our commitment to providing comprehensive and cutting-edge solutions.
Over the past year, we have focused on recruiting new staff members to ensure that we can maintain our exceptional level of service.

CLIENT CHOICE AWARD WINNERS
We are thrilled to announce that RSM has once again been honoured with the prestigious Client Choice Award for the Best Accounting and Consulting Services Firm (>$200m) in 2024.
This marks the sixth consecutive year that RSM has been recognised for its unparalleled dedication to client service excellence.
In addition to winning the Best Accounting & Consulting Services Firm (>$200m) category for the sixth year in a row, we have also been awarded first place in three other categories:
- Best Professional Services Firm (>$200m revenue)
- Best Provider to Mining, Oil & Gas
- Best Provider of ESG Services: Accounting & Consulting Services

We were absolutely thrilled to welcome a very special guest, Anthony Sim, the Chairman of the Upendo Foundation Australia, for a heartwarming lunch on the 20th of February.
Upendo Foundation is dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing orphanage in Moshi, Tanzania, for children who have faced unimaginable hardships.
During his visit, Anthony shared incredibly inspiring success stories about how Upendo has transformed the lives of these children, offering them a loving home, education, and promising opportunities. He also shed light on the harsh realities faced by individuals in some of the most impoverished regions in the world.
The weekend of April 27th marked a significant milestone as the first-ever Ballarat Marathon took place. Our very own Paul Rogan and Will Corbett showcased their strength and determination by completing the challenging 10k race, while Marni Lee, Marcus Kirkpatrick, and Karla Treweek conquered the half marathon, demonstrating unwavering dedication and resilience.
At RSM in Ballarat, we take great pride in our support for the May Nappy Drive organized by The Nappy Collective. This initiative is the first step in Empowering Our Community - Ballarat's vital campaign aimed at aiding more women and children fleeing from family violence in Ballarat.
You can find a collection box at our reception, welcoming donations from anyone in the community who wishes to contribute to this noble cause.
In staff news, we are happy to announce that Leah Cunningham (12th March 2024) and Josh Findlay (26th April 2024) have completed 5 years of service with RSM. Congratulations to both of them.
We also extend our congratulations to Karla Treweek and Will Corbett, who tied the knot at the beautiful Mount Mitchell Estate, Lexton on 2 February 2024.
Eliza Grigsby, who is now Eliza Henricksen, also wed her high school sweetheart, Leonard on the 24 February 2024.
Lastly, we would like to introduce our new team members:
