Hello and welcome to the latest edition of the Full Account. The end of financial year is upon us, a time where it is critical to strategise and prepare for upcoming tax and superannuation obligations. The team here at Moora is here to help. We have compiled these insights, updates, and local news to help you face the new financial year with confidence.
This year has been one of significant growth and achievement for RSM Australia. We are proud to announce that we have won the Client Choice Awards for 2024, marking our sixth consecutive year of receiving this honour. Our national growth continues to be robust, with an increase in staff numbers to over 1,800 as well as advancing in the AFR ranking to #7.
We have also expanded our services in Data & Analytics, Cyber Security, and dedicated ESG Consulting services. Please reach out if you are interested in any of these expanded services. We are also delighted to introduce our new in-house economist, Devika Shivadekar. Devika has been actively monitoring major macroeconomic indicators and has visited many RSM offices across Australia, including Moora.
It's been a challenging time with the weather, as last year's season brought us very little rain, continuing into a dry summer and a sparse start to this season. We're well below the 100-year averages, but our community spirit remains unshaken.
RSM is proud to be a Diamond Partner of the Liebe group, a not-for-profit based in the WA Wheatbelt, conducting vital agricultural research and sharing relevant knowledge with members and we look forward to seeing more of our community at the upcoming 2024 Women's Field Day. We're a resilient bunch, and it's the support we give and receive that keeps us thriving. Here's to rain, growth, and new beginnings.

We are thrilled to announce that RSM has once again been honoured with the prestigious Client Choice Award for the Best Accounting and Consulting Services Firm (>$200m) in 2024.
This marks the sixth consecutive year that RSM has been recognised for its unparalleled dedication to client service excellence.
In addition to winning the Best Accounting & Consulting Services Firm (>$200m) category for the sixth year in a row, we have also been awarded first place in three other categories:

In the midst of tough times, we've found it encouraging to be helping out where we can.
Our team has been actively supporting the local Meals on Wheels, dedicating some time to assist with meal deliveries.
We've also rolled up our sleeves at one of the local schools (St Joseph's primary), helping chop up salads for the kids' lunches. You can catch a glimpse of these heartwarming moments on our Facebook page.
As we navigate these dry spells, we're also navigating a significant change within our offices. Judy is approaching retirement from the RSM Partnership. While she'll be stepping back from the day-to-day management, she plans to continue lending a hand, sharing her wisdom and experience and supporting Reagan who will be taking over the reins, managing the offices going forward with fresh energy and ideas.
