Job Description:
- Understanding clients' needs and expectations, their business and industry, accounting and control systems, employees, company values and relevant compliance framework
- Performing substantive tests and tests of internal controls to identify and resolve accounting or reporting issues
- Drafting financial statements under prescribed formats
Qualification:
- For high-school graduates:
- Bengali medium: A+ (CGPA 5.00) in SSC and A+ (CGPA 4.0) in HSC OR A+ (CGPA 4.00) in SSC with A+ (CGPA 5.0) in HSC Examinations held under any recognized Education Board of Bangladesh.
- English medium: Minimum 2As and 3Bs (total 5 subjects) in 'O' Level Examinations and Minimum 2B or 3Cs in ‘A’ Level Examinations.
- Bengali medium: A+ (CGPA 5.00) in SSC and A+ (CGPA 4.0) in HSC OR A+ (CGPA 4.00) in SSC with A+ (CGPA 5.0) in HSC Examinations held under any recognized Education Board of Bangladesh.
- For university graduates:
- Minimum B.A / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university
- Accounting Major
- Minimum CGPA 3
- Minimum B.A / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university
Other Competencies:
- Good computer skills, including MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Client-focused, Positive Attitude to Multitasking, and Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
- Travel to assigned client locations is required.
Compensation: Per ICAB’s prescribed rates.
