Biography

Marzana has been with MMH since the initiation of her training in 2011. She is the Executive Director of Masih Muhith Haque & Co. (RSM in Bangladesh) and the Managing Director of RSM Bangladesh Consulting Limited. 

Marzana oversees RSM BD's BPO services, ensuring quality and efficiency. She also manages international referral engagements and special assignments. Additionally, she leads the payroll services department, leveraging her expertise in labor law.

Marzana thrives on the opportunity to spearhead the growth of BPO services and leverage RSM's international network. Navigating the complexities of labor law within the payroll department adds another layer of intrigue. The most rewarding aspect lies in guiding a team to deliver exceptional service across diverse areas, ensuring both client satisfaction and adherence to legal regulations.

Marzana qualified for her ACCA exams in 2 and a half years in 2014 and is a high achiever in multiple papers. She then went on to complete her ACA exams with the ICAEW in 2016.
