Biography 

Bijoy joined RSM Bangladesh in 2018. After working his way through the ranks of the firm he became a Manager.

As the manager for RSM Bangladesh, Bijoy works closely with clients from various industries, understanding their specific tax situations. Based on this, he will develop effective tax strategies and ensure their compliance with local and multinational tax regulations. His role allows him to play a significant role in a client's financial health by ensuring their tax efficiency and compliance. It's a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and staying ahead of the curve in the dynamic world of taxation.

Bijoy is most passionate about his role at RSM Bangladesh, due to the constant intersection of strategy and compliance. Helping clients navigate the tax landscape in Bangladesh, while crafting tax-efficient solutions, keeps his days intellectually stimulating. The challenge lies in balancing the technical complexities with the need for clear communication. Translating tax implications into actionable insights for our diverse clientele.

Bijoy finds his greatest joy outside of RSM spending quality time with his family.  They create lasting memories together, and Bijoy cherishes these moments of appreciation for the blessings in his life.

2019 to 2021 – Assistant Manager (Taxation) at Masih Muhith Haque & Co.

2022 to 2023 – Deputy Manager (Taxation) at Masih Muhith Haque & Co.

2023 to till date – Manager (Taxation) at Masih Muhith Haque & Co.

Bijoy Holds MBA and LLB Degrees from a renowned university of Bangladesh and pursuing a CA professional level from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh. Moreover, he is a licensed Income Tax Professional (ITP) with the National Board of Revenue (NBR).
