Mahzuba Ferdous Chowdhury
Director
Mahzuba completed LL.B (Hons) from University of London in 2020. She then went on to pursue Bar-at-Law (Bar Training Course) in 2021 from the University of West of England, (UWE) Bristol, passing on her first attempt and qualifying as a Barrister-at-Law of England and Wales. She was officially Called to the Bar at The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in November 2022.
In 2024, she passed the Bangladesh Bar Council exams in her first attempt and qualified as an Advocate of the District and Sessions Judge Court, Dhaka.
Mahzuba is currently in charge of the Legal Department at RSM, which focuses on company affairs. She oversees legal matters alongside secretarial compliance with Registrar of Joint Stock Companies (RJSC). Her scope of work includes Company Formation, Mergers and Acquisitions and Liquidation. Meanwhile on the run, she is also responsible for ensuring RJSC compliance while processing Share Transfers, Annual Returns, amending Memorandum and Articles of Association etc.
In addition to her role at RSM, Mahzuba is an Associate at ERGO Legal Counsel, a top tier law chamber in Dhaka.
