Marzana Ferdous Chowdhury

Executive Director

Marzana is the Executive Director of Masih Muhith Haque & Co. (RSM in Bangladesh) and the Managing Director of RSM Bangladesh Consulting Limited. 

She has been with the firm since the initiation of her training in 2011. Marzana qualified for her ACCA exams in 2 and a half years in 2014 and is a high achiever in multiple papers. She then went on to complete her ACA exams with the ICAEW in 2016. Initially, her involvement was in audits of banks and large local conglomerates, along-side international referral engagements and special assignments with the RSM network. 

Currently, Marzana works across three distinct directions. Client-side, she oversees BPO services, handling key referred clients and payroll services first hand. She is also responsible for carrying out various roles for Bangladesh as part of the RSM network as the Inspection Coordinator and Head of Ethics and Independence. Additionally, she is also responsible for various internal functions within the firm, mainly Human Resources and Finance and Admin. 

She enjoys detail-oriented engagements, new ventures and investing in developments across the firm, along-side exchanging dialogue and ideas with ground level trainees.

Marzana prioritizes a well-balanced life. Outside of work, she dedicates time to her daughter, and is an avid reader and traveler.

-2011- Joined the firm as Trainee
-2016– Promoted to Manager
-2017- Became Executive Director of the firm
-2018- Became Managing Director of RSM Bangladesh Consulting Limited
