Associate Director (Taxation and Compliance)

Rasel leads the Direct Tax Compliance services department of the firm. 

He began his career with the firm in 2010 as an articled student. Post completion of his articleship, he gathered 10+ years of experience from multiple organizations mainly in the Garments industry in Bangladesh. He rejoined MMH in 2023 to head the Direct Taxation Compliance services department.

Rasel’s work involves leading a dedicated team responsible for managing clients' tax affairs. This mainly includes return preparation and ensuring compliance with local regulations. He provides strategic direction, ensuring timely service delivery and navigates the complexities of outsourced tax management.

In his free time, Rasel finds a healthy balance between his demanding role at RSM and his personal life. When away from the office, he prioritizes spending quality time with his family and actively seeking opportunities to expand his knowledge base beyond his professional expertise.

-2013-2023- Managerial roles at one of the largest local conglomerates and two RMGs 

-2023-Joined the firm and subsequently promoted to Associate Director
