Rafsan Rahat

Manager (Audit & Assurance)

Rahat is the Manager for Audit & Assurance as well Non-Assurance Services.

Rahat started his journey at RSM Bangladesh in 2016. After working his way through the ranks of the firm he became a Manager. 

As the manager, Rahat is responsible for outsourced services to MNCs, payroll being one of them. Apart from this, he also actively provides audit and assurance services for Companies, NGOs and Funds. Rahat’s focus is helping the firms grow the client base; and drive the adoption of common methods and processes to provide seamless, high-quality service to clients wherever they do business. 

Rahat is most passionate about leading and mentoring audit teams, providing technical guidance, helping them grow professionally, and keeping himself up-to-date with the standards, rules, and regulations as they evolve constantly. 

Rahat being an enthusiastic young knowledge seeker and skilled accounting professional, desires to work towards the economic revolution of the country through accounting and technological development.

Rahat enjoys researching and uncovering forgotten events. He also loves to travel, explore new places, and experience different cultures. Rahat also enjoys reading books, whether fiction or non-fiction and perhaps even writing stories or articles.

-2016- Joined the firm 

-2020 till date- Managerial role in various departments of the firm
