You should have served Articles with an Audit Firm. You should have performed audit functions from pre-engagement to wrap up. You should be able to guide the audit team of upto 5 people. You should be adept in communications with the client.
You should be fully qualified or at final state of completion of BICA-CA or ACCA or ACA
