Risk Management Consulting we delivered at BEC was a unique experience for us. Risk workshops were held accross the organization covering most employees and member of board. Participants were so much involved in the workshops that not only risks were identified but the very risk policy and risk management framework documents were appraised from all angles and revised for a refined approach to risk organisation wide. We thank BEC for the assignment for giving an opportunity to apply our risk consulting expertise in a seasoned parastatal.
