Whenever we trained our clients on residual risk computation, it was always challenging for us to explain the computation for the residual risk score basing on the probability of the control being considered ineffective.  That was surely not the case when we trained Enterprise Wide Risk Management to senior management team of Statistics Botswana.  In we the trainers at RSM Botswana received a superior knowledge on probability theories used in pay-off situations.  We were so surprised to understand that there are so many types of love for numbers when we took statisticians through Finance for Non-Finance Managers.  It was a plesant team effort to prepare Accounting and Finance Manual for their use.
