SUCCESSION PLANNING

It simply means 3 things.

  1. Fire yourself.  If you can’t, why?  You will then list mission critical things you love doing or are doing.
  2. The way you believe in yourself, please believe in others.  You will also find people who can do these mission critical operations if not many more.
  3. Empower those identified as above by giving opportunities.  What about others?  Don’t worry.  You had already empowered them before you got to (1) as above and that is a job well done.
