Senior Manager

Jeromini is a Senior Manager in the RSM Cayman Office. He has over 12 years audit experience providing assurance and related services. He provides audit services to a wide range of hedge funds, digital assets funds, private equity and venture capital funds, foundations, and virtual asset service providers (VASPs). He has extensive experience in various fund structures including, but not limited to, master-feeder structures, multi-strategy, and fund of funds. He also has extensive experience with audits of manufacturing entities, oil and gas/energy entities and public sector entities. 

Jeromini has extensive experience in the application of US generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP), UK generally accepted accounting principles (UK GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and extensive knowledge of generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS), international standards on auditing (ISA), the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK (FS 102) and audits conducted in accordance with the standards of the public company accounting oversight board (PCAOB).

Jeromini trained in Tanzania and spent secondment in Bristol, UK, before moving to the Cayman Islands.
