Daniel is a Blockchain Technical Lead Consulting Engineer at the RSM Cayman office. He brings over 7 years of experience in Process Control and Automation, specializing in designing algorithms for Model Predictive Controllers and developing applications for data integration, analysis, and monitoring.

With 8 years of extensive experience in the Blockchain ecosystem, Daniel has previously worked with KPMG and HASH Data, where he focused on:

  • Blockchain data analytics,

  • Strategic consulting for blockchain implementations,

  • Tokenomics analysis and valuation and 

  • Protocol and smart contract integrations.

Leveraging his robust engineering background, Daniel leads a multidisciplinary development team to create sophisticated tools for blockchain data collection, decentralized finance (DeFi) analysis and modeling, and digital asset ownership verification. He is adept at utilizing blockchain-specific technologies and frameworks such as Solidity, Viper, Python, and various consensus algorithms.

 

Daniel provides expert assistance to auditors, fund administrators, fund managers, and other financial service providers, ensuring the accurate collection and interpretation of blockchain data tailored to their specific requirements. His work includes:

  • Developing bespoke blockchain data extraction and analysis tools,

  • Conducting rigorous DeFi protocol performance and risk assessments,

  • Implementing smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) analysis for various use cases,

  • Providing insights into blockchain governance models and network security protocols and

  • Offering assistance with guidance on regulatory compliance and blockchain auditing standards.
