Shanice Williams is an Assurance Manager based in the George Town, Grand Cayman office of RSM Cayman. She is a CPA Canada qualified audit professional with over 9 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in captive insurance and leading a team dedicated to fulfilling the complex financial reporting needs of her clients.

Shanice has extensive expertise in group captive engagements, acting as a key contact for conducting and managing these audits. Prior to joining RSM Cayman Ltd., she gained valuable experience at Deloitte & Touche' in Barbados, working primarily with clients in the insurance and reinsurance industries. Her experience also spans audits for clients in the manufacturing, oil and gas, tourism, and financial services industries. She has extensive experience in the application of US generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Shanice demonstrates a high level of technical proficiency and a deep understanding of her field, consistently committed to professional excellence and client satisfaction.
