Irina Ziyamukhamedova

Director

Irina is an Assurance Director in the George Town, Grand Cayman office of RSM. She has over 16 years of experience in auditing in Russia, Uzbekistan, and the Cayman Islands. The past two years have been spent in the Cayman Islands, where Irina specializes in providing assurance services to complex corporate clients, along with single parent and group captive insurance companies, life, non-life insurance, and reinsurance clients.

Irina has a wealth of experience in conducting assurance engagements under ISAE 3000, agreed-upon procedures, and business combination projects. She is proficient in auditing banks, insurance, leasing and factoring companies, pension funds, and management companies.

Additionally, Irina has extensive experience in the application of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and IFRS Accounting Standards (IFRS) along with extensive knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
