Senior Director

Richard is a Senior Director leading the Insurance Group in the George Town, Grand Cayman office of RSM Cayman Ltd. He has over 16 years professional experience providing assurance services, the last 12 of which have been in the Cayman Islands where Richard specializes in providing assurance services in the insurance and reinsurance industry. His client base includes a variety of insurance and reinsurance companies including single parent and group captives, segregated portfolio companies, portfolio insurance companies, life and annuity companies.

Richard has extensive experience in the application of US generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP) and IFRS Accounting Standards (IFRS) along with extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).

RSM Cayman focuses primarily on providing audit services to the financial services industry through its affiliation with RSM US LLP and membership of RSM International, the 6th largest global firm of accountants.
