ABOUT PHIL

Phil specialises in the provision of audit, assurance and consulting services.   He works closely with all of the firm's service lines.

Phil's audit portfolio is focussed on funds, including real estate, private equity and LSE listed, and JFSC and GFSC regulated fiduciary businesses.  He is highly experienced with regulatory and AML/CFT/CPF compliance.

Phil has substantial Jersey and Guernsey tax compliance experience, and works with the firm's tax team to deliver tax restructuring reviews and tax due diligence projects.

Phil oversees insourcing projects which include the delivery of substantial technical and IFRS capabilities.

As managing partner, Phil is actively involved in all aspects of the firm's operations.

BACKGROUND

Phil became a Partner in 2006. He is a Fellow of the ICAEW and holds an honours degree in English Literature.
