Applications are open for our ICAEW training program, starting August 2025. We are looking for graduates and school leavers with ambition and energy to join our team.
We provide a dynamic training environment which exposes our ICAEW trainees to an exciting range of client experience. Many of our trainees choose to stay with us after qualifying to develop their careers, but we know not everyone will remain and our training provides an invaluable foundation for a broad range of career paths.

If you have strong inter-personal skills, enjoy teamwork and attention to detail, and have determination and drive we'll teach all you need to know about auditing and accounting.
As a RSM CI trainee you will be based mainly in the audit team supporting our work on various different clients, as well as having the opportunity to assist our accounts and tax teams.

The skills and experience you need

Minimum 2:1 degree if you are a graduate
Having ambition and being hardworking and committed to personal growth
Having good attention to detail, strong inter-personal communication and excellent teamwork skills
Good analytical skills
Fluency in English language with strong written communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes
Knowledge and understanding of the ACA training program
Your responsibilities as an ACA Trainee
Assisting in carrying out audits and visiting clients to experience their working environments and cultures
Ensuring accuracy and completeness in your work
Gaining and applying knowledge of internal and external processes and systems
Applying experience from your professional studies to your client work
Assisting the accounts and tax teams
