ABOUT PHIL

Phil specialises in the provision of audit, assurance and consulting services.  

He works closely with all of the firm's service lines; his portfolio includes corporate finance and private wealth management structures, regulated and unregulated funds and regulated fiduciary businesses.

Phil also acts for a variety of local trading and charitable organisations. 

Phil has substantial Jersey and Guernsey tax compliance experience, and works with the firm's tax team to deliver tax restructuring reviews and tax due diligence projects.

Phil is responsible for the firm's insourcing projects which include the delivery of substantial technical and IFRS capabilities.

Phil oversees the firm's regulatory and AML/CFT/CPF compliance activities.

BACKGROUND

Phil became a Partner in 2006. He is a Fellow of the ICAEW and holds an honours degree in English Literature.
