As an Audit Associate L2, you will be responsible for preparing accounts and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance across various business sectors. You will play a key role in auditing companies, implementing audit plans and controls to ensure each assignment is completed within the designated timeframe. Your responsibilities will also include documenting audit conclusions and management letter points for the audit areas assigned to you.
You will be involved in designing, selecting, and evaluating the results of audit samples, using your analytical skills to assess key areas. Identifying potential cost and time overruns will also be part of your role, helping to manage project efficiency. Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, assisting them with various tasks and offering constructive feedback to support their professional development. This role offers an excellent opportunity to expand your audit knowledge and contribute to the team's success.
Your background and expertise will include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or any other relevant field.
- Qualified or semi-qualified ACA or ACCA.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in audit services or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Caseware Audit International or other related methodologies.
- Broad knowledge of IFRSs & ISAs and general tax.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken).
- Negotiation skills in combination with a client-centric approach.
- Excellent people and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong managerial skills.
- Motivated and career-driven.
