Extension of the deadline for Personal Income Tax return for the tax year 2022

We kindly inform you that the Council of Ministers issued a Decree (No.183/2023) on 9th of June 2023 in the Official Gazette of the Republic, announcing the extension of the deadline for the electronic submission of 2022 Personal Income Tax Returns and the payment of the final tax due (if any) up to 2nd of October 2023.
 

It is reminded that the obligation for submitting electronically the Personal Income Tax returns lies on employees, pensioners and self-employed individuals without Financial Statements, whose gross annual income for 2022, exceeds €19,500. 
 

Παράταση υποβολής φορολογικής δήλωσης ατόμου για το έτος 2022

Ενημερώνουμε οτι το Υπουργικό Συμβούλιο με Διάταγμα του (ΚΔΠ 183/2023) παρατείνει την καταληκτική ημερομηνία ηλεκτρονικής υποβολής φορολογικής δήλωσης ατόμου, όπως και την καταληκτική ημερομηνία εξόφλησης τελικού φόρου (εαν ισχύει) για το φορολογικό έτος 2022, μέχρι τις 2 Οκτωβρίου 2023.
 

Υπενθυμίζουμε ότι υποχρέωση ηλεκτρονικής υποβολής φορολογικής δήλωσης ατόμου, έχουν εργοδοτούμενοι, συνταξιούχοι και αυτοτελώς εργαζόμενοι χωρίς υποχρέωση ετοιμασίας Οικονομικών Καταστάσεων, των οποίων το ετήσιο μεικτό εισόδημα ξεπερνά τις €19,500.
