New deadline on the Personal Income Tax return filing for the year 2023

The Council of Ministers of Cyprus, with the Decree ΚΔΠ 209/2024 issued on 21 June 2024, allows for the Personal Income Tax return filing deadline for the year 2023, as well as the payment of due amounts, to be extended until the 31st of October 2024. 

We kindly remind you that the taxpayers whose annual gross income exceeds €19,500 are obliged to file a Personal Income Tax return for the year 2023. 

Finally, it is noted that the filing of the Personal Income Tax return is made through the Taxisnet portal.

Παράταση προθεσμίας υποβολής Δήλωσης Εισοδήματος Ατόμου

Το Υπουργικό Συμβούλιο με το Διάταγμα του ΚΔΠ 209/2024 την 21η Ιουνίου 2024, ενημερώνει ότι η προθεσμία εμπρόθεσμης υποβολής της Δήλωσης Εισοδήματος Ατόμου για το έτος 2023, όπως και η πληρωμή οφειλόμενου φόρου, παρατείνεται μέχρι την 31η Οκτωβρίου 2024. 

Υπενθυμίζουμε ότι οι φορολογούμενοι πχ. Μισθωτοί, Συνταξιούχοι και Αυτοεργοδοτούμενοι, των οποίων το μεικτό ετήσιο εισόδημα υπερβαίνει τις €19,500, έχουν υποχρέωση υποβολής Δήλωσης Εισοδήματος Ατόμου για το έτος 2023.

Επίσης, υπενθυμίζουμε ότι η Δήλωση Εισοδήματος Ατόμου υποβάλλεται μέσω του συστήματος Taxisnet portal.
