Mr. El-Koussi has 20 years of experience in finance, financial consulting, investment banking and financial valuations. During his career he participated in numerous assignments including financial restructuring, debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, private and public placements, valuations and financial feasibility studies. He has been the principal financial advisor on many valuation assignments in several sectors including the following:

EDUCATION

Mr. El-Koussi graduated in 1996 from the Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences, Cairo University, with a major in Economics. He obtained his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in 2003 with a major in Finance and Investment from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport.

In addition to his mother tongue (Arabic) Mr. El- Koussi is fluent in English and French.
